That depends on what you tell us: gatehouse clearance and a named vehicle list, private lanes with no through route, resident authorization, and no A1A standing. Then keep handling to a minimum and speak to your vet first. A short spot-clean is usually fine late on; a full bath and the restraint it involves is not something to do to a pregnant cat without a reason. We would rather wait.

Worth washing gently and much more worth investigating. Overgrooming to that extent is usually allergy, pain, parasites, or stress rather than a coat problem, and a bath treats none of those. We will clean the area and describe what the skin underneath looks like.
