What if I am not home when the van arrives?
That has to be agreed in advance. Someone needs to hand the pet over and be reachable during the appointment, because decisions sometimes have to be made mid-groom about how short to go or whether to stop. If nobody can be there, say so when booking and we will talk about whether the visit still makes sense.
Does storm season affect appointments?
It can. Heavy rain makes loading a pet in and out unpleasant and unsafe, and high wind is a reason to reschedule rather than park a tall van somewhere exposed. We would rather move a booking than rush one. You get as much notice as we have.
