Mobile Puppy Grooming in Davie, A Gentle First Appointment
Positive early grooming practice in a quieter setting
One-on-one care in Davie
Clear safety and rebooking guidance
When to start is a veterinary question as much as a grooming one, and the answer matters. Too early carries a real risk and too late wastes the window where a puppy accepts anything. What a coat faces in Davie is stable dust, hay and pasture allergens, standing water in paddocks, and year-round parasite pressure from livestock.

Want Better Adult Grooms? Start With a Calm Puppy Visit in Davie.
A first groom is about teaching the process, not about the finish. What the puppy learns now sets the next decade. We check coat, ears, feet, and how the puppy responds to being held before deciding what the visit covers. You stay close, which keeps the puppy settled and lets you see how it is being handled. In Davie that usually means farm gates, trailers, animals on property, long drives, student parking, and I-595 traffic. Where there is an older pet in the house, both can be seen in one visit and the puppy often copies it. Short, frequent visits work better than waiting for the coat to demand one. The interval matters more than the length. If the coat or the temperament rules out the finish you wanted, you hear it up front. A surprise at pickup helps nobody.

Why Choose Dogi's for Puppy Grooming
Started at the right age.
The same groomers see the puppy through its first year, which is how the handling stays predictable to it. Most Broward bookings now come from households we see on a regular schedule, which tells us considerably more than any review would.
- Davie route timing reviewed before the van leaves
- Parking, gates, and building access confirmed for Davie
- Calm, one-on-one puppy grooming with no cages and no waiting room
- One real base in Doral, never a fake Davie address

Our Puppy Grooming Process
Timing the first visit.
A Team Prepared for Puppy Grooming
The puppy is read constantly. Freezing and struggling mean different things and they change what happens next. The humidity here dictates how long drying takes. We schedule around it rather than rushing a coat that is still damp at the end, since that is where skin problems start.

Davie Puppy Grooming FAQs
Clear answers about coverage, access, scheduling, and the details Dogi’s needs before confirming a visit.
Check Address via WhatsAppWill the van fit at a Davie address?
That depends on what you tell us: long unpaved drives, horse traffic on the road, farm gates, soft ground after rain, and wide spacing between properties. It needs a level, lawful position for the whole appointment, clear of traffic, emergency access, and anybody else's frontage. Send a photo of the approach if you are unsure.
When can we start?
Usually around twelve to sixteen weeks, once the vaccination course is far enough along that your veterinarian is comfortable. Before that the useful work is you handling the puppy at home rather than anything we do.
Is the van safer than a salon at this age?
It is a more controlled space, with one animal in it and a full clean between appointments, which is a different exposure picture from a salon floor with several dogs. It is not zero risk, and we would rather work to your vet's advice than offer our own.
Should the first groom wait until she is fully vaccinated?
Ask the practice, because it depends on the schedule and what is circulating locally. Many vets are comfortable with a controlled visit before the final shot. What we will not do is talk you past your veterinarian's opinion.
Can she come out to the van if the ground is wet?
She can be carried the few steps rather than walked, which handles most of the concern about ground contact. Say if that is a worry and we will arrange for her to be handed over rather than walking herself.
