The People Behind the Van
Dogi’s groomers adjust handling, tools, product choice, dryer settings, and session length to the individual pet. Share skin, health, mobility, behavior, or previous grooming concerns before the visit. Medical issues remain the veterinarian’s responsibility.

Every quote starts with the pet in front of us: size, coat condition, temperament, and how long the session will realistically take. A short-haired Chihuahua bath is not the same job as a matted doodle full groom, so a single flat rate would only mean charging somebody the wrong amount. You get the figure before you book, and it does not change once the van arrives.
