Do caps stop a cat scratching?

What happens at the refit appointment?
The same sequence as the first. Any caps still attached are left to shed naturally, the nails are trimmed back, and a fresh set is fitted and cured. It takes about as long as the original fitting, since the trimming and the curing are the bulk of the time either way.
